Prerequisites
Signed in as parent; on Android: push permissions.
Step by step
- Open /parent/settings → Notifications.
- Enable categories: chat, agenda, weekly report, system.
- On Android: allow notifications in OS settings (see Push notifications).
- Set quiet hours if available.
- Test with a sample message or chat.
- Email notifications require valid address on account.
- Changes apply per parent account, not per child.
Options & settings
Browser push does not work in all WebViews — Android app recommended.
Tips & troubleshooting
Too many alerts? Disable chat except during active appointment weeks.
