Forgot password

Goal​

Regain access to your parent account without a support ticket.

For whom​

Parents who lost their password; not for child profile switching.

Where in the app​

Login page → Forgot password or directly /wachtwoord-vergeten.

Prerequisites​

Access to the registered email address.

Step by step​

  1. Go to /wachtwoord-vergeten.
  2. Enter your parent account email.
  3. Submit — you receive a reset link (check spam).
  4. Open the link within the validity window (usually 1 hour).
  5. Choose a new strong password and confirm.
  6. Sign in with email + new password at /parent.
  7. Update saved passwords in your password manager if needed.
  8. Children use the same new password for child login.

Options & settings​

No reset email? Check spelling and spam; retry after a few minutes.

Tips & troubleshooting​

Reset only works for parent accounts. Child logout codes are separate — see Sign out with code.
