Calendar (child)

Goal​

Child can see upcoming days without changing plan.

For whom​

Older children who want to look ahead.

Where in the app​

/child → Calendar tab (if enabled by parent).

Prerequisites​

Parent enabled child calendar view if optional.

Step by step​

  1. Open /child → Calendar.
  2. Scroll upcoming days — read-only.
  3. Tasks show icons; no edit buttons.
  4. Tap day for task detail (no check-off for future days unless allowed).
  5. Today remains primary screen for check-off.
  6. Sync with parent plan after refresh.
  7. Parent toggles feature in settings if available.

Options & settings​

Not all families need child calendar — default is today only.

Tips & troubleshooting​

Disable for young children to keep focus on today.
