Goal​

Support and moderation for routineassist.com.

For whom​

Admins with /admin access.

Where in the app​

/admin → Users.

Prerequisites​

Admin login.

Step by step​

  1. Open /admin → Users.
  2. Search by email or user id.
  3. View account status, children count, last login if available.
  4. Actions: reset email verification, disable account (server policy).
  5. No plain text passwords — reset via /wachtwoord-vergeten flow.
  6. Log admin actions for audit if server logs.
  7. GDPR: deletion via user Delete account preferred.

Options & settings​

Admin does not edit child calendar directly — support via parent account.

Tips & troubleshooting​

Document support tickets with user id not password.
